We chart the history of Batman from his dark and gritty roots to the controversies that forced the Dark Knight to become a light-hearted comedy character for kids! We’ll find out how Batman changed again in the 70’s and 80’s to return to his grim and gritty origins, and how DC Comics changed the comic book world forever with The Dark Knight Returns! We’ll also examine where the inspiration for Batman came from and look at who is really responsible for creating this truly iconic character!
